- Oversees the management of the team and all official decisions
- Is the representative for the club at all official functions
- Responsible for obtaining and keeping a coach

Club Secretary
- Responsible for communication flow
- Coordinates directions to games and referees
- Keeper of all memos, phone lists and paperwork associated with the club
- Responsible for the scheduling and coodinating of all games

Treasurer
- Responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Issue quarterly statements to all players
- Issue yearly statement to team at AGM

Events Fundraising Chair
- Responsible for organizing and conducting fundraising events, club advertisement and recruitment
|
Sponsorship Chair
- Responsible for soliciting sponsorships, and organizing marketing plans
|
Social Chair
- Responsible for home drink-ups, and any fundraisers that require food prep. i.e. fundraiser events
|
Rookie Coordinator
- Responsible for rookie information distribution and carpool coordination
- Keep rookes informed of protocol and policies
- Makes sure they follow all protocol and policies

Field Prep/Equipment Manager
- Responsible for regular game activity, such as field prep, oranges and jerseys
- Making sure fields are reserved for matches and practices
- Responsible for managing all equipment at practice

Non-Profit/Public Relations Rep
- Participate in Team Seattle organization
- Go to meetings and report back information to the executive committee and team when necessary

Website Coordinator
- Keep up to date and accurate information on the website and post current pictures
- Make sure to keep domain name up and running with the server
- Manage the team email list
